Nevada Organic Phosphate controls the extensive Murdock Mountain Project in extreme northeastern Nevada, believed to hold one of the most substantial and organic resources of “raw rock phosphate” in this hemisphere.

Phosphate, of course, is a critical mineral as defined by the U.S.G.S. It is used as most people know as a key fertilizer; also, in a variety of health, construction and other uses (see icl-group.com/blog/what-is-phosphate/.)

In a just-concluded drilling program as 2026 gets underway, Nevada Organic Phosphate has released a series of news releases (see, in part, the below as well as its web page for news, at nevadaphosphate.com/news) which in rapid succession:

* Have helped confirm that the structure at Murdock Mountain is what management believed: i.e. – contains the wide areas of phosphate material expected.

* The grade is likewise compelling and as expected over significant areas (news of December 23, 2025, and other.)

* Most recently and most notably, on January 12, 2026, NOP reported that the levels of heavy metals/deleterious elements in the Murdock Mountain material indeed do fall below those governing the allowed limits for Organic Fertilizer Certification!

All these aspects point to the prospect that Murdock Mountain’s emerging phosphate resource is uniquely organic and would lend itself to the successful mining/business plan the company envisions.

KEY INTERVIEWS / UPDATES:

Here, Chris recorded a quick update in January with C.E.O. Robin Dow as assays from the Murdock Mountain drilling were coming out.

In this initial video profile of Nevada Organic Phosphate, Chris interviews C.E.O. Robin Dow on the project’s history and what the game plan was (validated in a few different respects already!) to explore Murdock Mountain for what is believed to be a world-class, raw rock organic phosphate resource.

KEY here is understanding the far superior and environmentally friendly nature of material such as this, especially for the agricultural industry. In short, NO such phosphate resource of this nature is presently being produced in the U.S.A.

Following his recent visit to the company’s unique Murdock Mountain Project in northeastern Nevada, SMPR’s Chris Temple sat down with Nevada Organic Phosphate (CSE-NOP; OTCQB-NOPFF) C.E.O. Robin Dow to share his observations as well as to discuss that company’s exciting exploration and development plans for 2026.

Especially in the context of growing shortages for many types of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs globally, the prospect of a substantial, ORGANIC raw rock phosphate fertilizer right here in the Good Ol’ U.S.A. is exciting (let alone CRITICALLY IMPORTANT) from industry, public policy and national security perspectives. And all that is DOUBLY the case if you’re an investor looking at such an early stage opportunity in NOP before word gets out even more.

Pay close attention as Chris and Robin lay out the character of this organic phosphate resource! Especially notable for those of you who know even a little bit about typical mining projects, appearances are that this organic phosphate deposit, once confirmed further on size and quality, can be mined VERY easily and at a low cost. As Dow has suggested, it could be a simple operation, summed up in “Dig it up, grind it up, bag it up, ship it out.”
